All Sales Are Final

  • In-Store Purchases: Once you leave the store with your purchased product, the sale is considered final. Refunds or exchanges will not be honored for any reason.
  • Custom Orders: Custom or special-order materials are also non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Claims for Flawed Materials

While we take great care to ensure that all materials meet our high standards, occasionally a product may arrive flawed.

  • If a material is discovered to be flawed during installation, a claim may be filed with the manufacturer through KC Flooring.
  • Once the claim is verified, a replacement product will be issued at no additional cost.

Important Notes

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect materials before leaving the store or prior to installation.
  • KC Flooring does not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for any reason once the product is in your possession.
  • Claims for flawed materials must be filed promptly during the installation process.
